February 2016 – Update

We have new kids to replace those that dropped out of the program. We welcome Pamela, Athens, Lheniel, Althea, CJ and Mark to the feeding center. February’s activities included  the kids making Valentine cards for our sponsors, finger painting, reading, writing and learning how to write the alphabet for the smaller ones.

January 2016 – Update

We welcomed the New Year with 4 new kids (Jillian, Alex, Jhenna and Carlos). Our 2016 goal is to be able to add at least 5 more kids to the feeding program. Our heartfelt thanks to those who have continued to sponsor a child for the whole year, with your help we are able to supply these children with nutritious meals and vitamins, 5x a week! Star Wars: The Force Awakens Block Screening

It is truly heartwarming to see that the excited group of cinema-goers did more than just watch the much-awaited Star Wars: The Force Awakens movie; they also helped feed hungry children in Payatas. How? Proceeds of each P500 ticket bought went to sponsoring meals for the feeding center. What a great way to spread some Christmas cheer! Christmas Fundraiser

  Special thanks to Allumer Inc. for the wonderful Christmas gift packs that they have been selling. A portion of their sales will be donated to The MEALenium Project. Christmas Party for the kids!

Last November 28, we had a Christmas party for the kids and their families. With your donations, we were able to give each of them a backpack filled with food items, new clothes and some toys! It was truly heartwarming to see them enjoy the games, the treats and the special appearances of PBB Teen stars (Bailey, Ylona, Jimboy and Franco) and everyone’s favorite mascot, Jollibee!

October Update

It is great news that 7 of the kids in the feeding center are now of normal weight! We will continue with serving the kids nutritious meals and vitamins so they can have optimal physical development. We continue to raise funds so we can add more children to the feeding program as well as hope to fund a deserving high school student in Payatas for a college scholarship.
